Welcome to Discovery at Spring Trails Home Owners' Portal. 

This website is provided for community collaboration and communications.  Membership is restricted to home owners in the Discovery at Spring Trails community.    

Click to enlargeDiscovery at Spring Trails is Houston’s first solar powered hybrid community. Located at the corner of Rayford Rd. and Riley Fuzzel, Discovery at Spring Trails is a master planned community just minutes from Interstate 45, the Hardy Toll Rd., and Bush Intercontinental Airport. Discovery boasts a long list of included amenities such as 24 hour guard gated entrances, swimming pools and a splash pad, and a recreation center and clubhouse with playgrounds, lakes, fountains, parks and trail systems. In addition to these amenities, Discovery at Spring Trails will be integrated with a 10 mile, 2000 acre linear park running along the South side of Spring Creek with features like canoe launches, parking lots, rest areas, and picnic grounds; all within easy walking distance.
